At the end of last week, U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., spoke on the Senate floor to discuss the Democrats’ catch and release policies. Rubio said the following:

Starting seven days ago, if you arrived at the border of the United States with children, you were allowed to stay in the country with a notice to appear, a promise to appear…

I have tremendous compassion for the extraordinary challenges and horrifying conditions in which people live in the Western Hemisphere and Central America and the like.

There’s nothing compassionate about this policy, what this is doing, what’s happening right now and I have seen it, I’ve talked to people that are — and you can talk to the government officials in these countries — is these evil traffickers, who take money from these people, who push them through the jungles, who abuse on them, who sometimes kill them and do horrifying things, are now out there marketing this, they’re going around telling people throughout the Western Hemisphere, you can now get into the United States and come with children because if you do, they’re going to give you a little piece of paper and they’re going to let you go on a Greyhound bus anywhere you want in the country. And you never have to show up again.

This is going to create chaos on the border, and it is inhumane to lure people to this country with a policy that is encouraging these traffickers to go out and do this to them.

So what is Marco proposing? Does he have a suggestion? A plan?

If so, instead of his criticism, exactly where is an immigration plan that was touted four years ago and still is not forthcoming.

Immigration needs to be addressed. A wall is not a plan. A “notice to appear” is not a plan. Cages are not a plan.

A full and though address of immigration is difficult. Isn’t that why we elected him to deal with the difficult issues facing our country?

Immigration reform was addressed and worked by Republicans and President Trump and very few Democrats.Evidently mainstream dems don’t listen to there own voters, because poll after poll showed that Americans are and continue to be alarmed by illegal and dangerous migration.Border patrol agents save lives and care for families brought here by ‘coyotes who leave the people to die,or stuff them in the walls of semitrucks.Joe Biden and democrats are just adding to the miserable immigration problem. As an American I demand that this counties borders are secure, safe, and policed.Instead of having some phony impeachment why don’t dems address real issues.

Well all president Biden has done is support and fund, illegal coyotes to bring more families across the border.Don’t you realize that border patrol agents spend there time saving lives?? And your cages comment is false, and here these people are treated, much better than in there countries.I know many Americans came here legally and followed the countries laws and.path to citizenship.Poll after poll has showed that Republicans and Democrats and independents are ALL very worried about illegal migration.
