Poll: 64% Say America is on Wrong Track

The latest data from a Rasmussen Reports poll shows 64% of likely voters polled believe that the United States is heading in the wrong direction, compared to 30% who believe it is going in the right direction.

A year ago at this time, 33% said the United States was heading in the right direction, while 61% said it was on the wrong track.

The national telephone survey of 1,446 U.S. Likely Voters was conducted by Rasmussen Reports from February 11-15, 2024. The margin of sampling error for the survey is +/- 2 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC.
