Below is a list of Coronavirus Testing Center Locations in South Florida. Please check each location’s listing to find out how to register for a test and confirm the location’s hours before you attempt to visit the physical location of any testing center.

C.B. Smith Park in Pembroke Pines – (CALL BEFORE VISITING) 
A new hotline has been set up to get those who qualify for COVID-19 testing pre-registered before they head out to the park. Patients are asked to call 954-276-4680 between 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Florida (VISIT THEIR WEBSITE BEFORE VISITING IN PERSON):
Start with a virtual visit using Cleveland Clinic Express Care® Online, https://my.clevelandclinic.org/landing/preparing-for-coronavirus You will be advised what to do next.

  • Call ahead before going in person to any Cleveland Clinic location.
  • Don’t go to your local emergency department for COVID-19 testing. The emergency department is only for those who need the most critical care.**

Larkin Community Hospital in Hialeah (VISIT THEIR WEBSITE BEFORE VISITING IN PERSON):, is open for testing from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Patients must register online first and have symptoms of COVID-19. To register online for testing, visit https://cvtesting.larkinhospital.com/en/

Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens: 347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33056. Testing will be done from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Those who are able to get tested include people who are 65 and older who are experiencing symptoms, first responders and front line health care workers.

Pompano Beach: Broward Health has set up a drive-thru center at an undisclosed location in Pompano Beach. Patients need to FIRST obtain a prescription from a doctor and THEN call a hotline to be pre-screened. That hotline is 954-320-5730. They will then be given an address.

Doris Ison Health Center (CALL BEFORE VISITING): Patients should call first to 305-252-4820. The address is 10300 SW 216th St, Miami, FL 33190

Miami Fire Rescue in-home testing: The City of Miami Fire Rescue Department will offer free in-home testing for seniors who are experiencing coronavirus symptoms and do not have access to transportation. Click here for more
