Rubio is continuing to work with U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., on the bill while West Virginia’s two senators--Republican Shelley Moore Capito and Democrat Joe Manchin--are also backing it.

Rutherford announced on Monday that he and U.S. Rep. Brendan Boyle, D-Penn., will lead the caucus which had more than 35 members in the last Congress.
The two Democrats from the Sunshine State joined other congressional Democrats on Tuesday in sending a letter on the matter to U.S. Agriculture Sec. Sonny Perdue.
