Rick Scott, R-Fla., joined senators from Texas, the Carolinas and Georgia in writing Carson on Thursday, urging him “to swiftly publish, in the Federal Register, the rules that will allow states affected by 2018 disasters to receive Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) assistance.”
