Last week, U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., introduced a bill which “would require the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to review the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) decision making and messaging surrounding its reversal on mask guidance for fully vaccinated Americans.”
Rubio has been pushing the bill, which “would amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (FLSA) to prevent employers from using non-compete agreements in employment contracts for certain non-exempt employees,” since the start of 2019.
Scott introduced the resolution at the end of last month with the support of U.S. Sens. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., and Mike Braun, R-Ind.
